Incoming cells are tested and matched for capacity and internal resistance before they ever enter a pack.

Precision Assembly

Automated welding, calibrated torque, and BMS integration under controlled conditions for repeatable quality.

Full charge/discharge cycling, thermal profiling, and load testing against the product's rated spec.

Are Sukoya products actually made in India?

Yes. Our products are assembled and validated in India using Japanese engineering methodology and premium imported cell chemistry, then quality-tested locally before dispatch.

What warranty do you offer?

Battery packs and BMS carry a standard 5-year warranty. Specific warranty terms vary by product line and are stated clearly on each datasheet — no fine-print surprises.

Is every unit tested, or just samples?

Every single unit is 100% cycle-tested and passes final QC before shipping. We don't rely on batch sampling for our core battery products.

Can you supply to OEMs at volume?

Yes. We supply cells, packs, and BMS to OEM partners with custom configurations, and offer distributor pricing. Share your volumes and specs via the contact form.

Which certifications do your products hold?
