At Sukoya, we build the next generation of lithium battery solutions through precision engineering, advanced manufacturing, and uncompromising quality. Our Manesar facility follows lean production, Kaizen and Total Quality Management to deliver safe, reliable energy products for mobility, residential, commercial and industrial markets.
Precision Engineering
Every battery pack is manufactured through a controlled production process that includes cell grading and sorting, automated laser welding with CCD vision, module & pack assembly, BMS integration, electrical testing and final inspection.
Advanced Manufacturing
Our capabilities include LiFePO₄ battery pack design for EVs (2W, 3W, L3/L5, N7 commercial EVs), ESS for residential and commercial applications, inverter & UPS solutions, industrial backup systems, and customised OEM packs.
