How we build
A four-stage process, controlled end to end
Every unit follows the same disciplined path from incoming cell to shipped product — no stage is skipped, and every stage is logged.
Cell Grading
Incoming cells are tested and matched for capacity and internal resistance before they ever enter a pack.
Precision Assembly
Automated welding, calibrated torque, and BMS integration under controlled conditions for repeatable quality.
Validation & Burn-in
Full charge/discharge cycling, thermal profiling, and load testing against the product’s rated spec.
Traceability & Dispatch
Serialised records, QR traceability, and final QC sign-off before packaging and shipment.

Our processes are shaped by three principles from Japanese manufacturing: Monozukuri — the craft of making things well; Kaizen — relentless, incremental improvement; and Poka-yoke — designing errors out of the process before they happen.
